Welcome to our genealogy pages Bear with me, I'm just getting started putting this information online here. I have quite a bit offline in databases and in data piles, books, clipped obituaries, census records, and Bibles. During the years 1968-1978, Mother, Edna Davis Rogers, researched and compiled an extensive genealogical record on her family. When it was published in 1980, it was entitled, Genealogy of the Jacob and Mary (Connoly) Feather Family of Preston County, West Virginia. New editions of that book are still available for purchase. Please click here for more information. The first group of information pages I will be posting will be about my father's family. I have researched his family for a little over two years and have extended some of his lines back 11 generations through published, document resources. I have traveled, with my niece, Mary Megan Rogers, to the Hudson Valley New York area and explored in the area where Daddy's parents, grandparents, G- grandparents, etc. lived their lives. I am continuing my research regarding Daddy as I have stumbled into a major brick wall. At the moment, his grandfather falls under the category of the Alien Theory of Genealogy.
